C&IT Help Desk provides centralized technology support (AccessID, Blackboard, Wayne Connect, etc.) to the Wayne State community via phone and email. It is part of the Help Desk's vision to make sure your computing issue is fully resolved on first contact or routed to higher tiers of support with 100% accuracy.
