Finance Transaction_History data for all fiscal years has been loaded and is now available for reporting.
Currently, calendar year 2007 is available for Labor_Distribution.
We are continuing to load the historical payroll data for the previous years, as resources are available.

Finance 'Transaction_History' data and Payroll 'Labor_Distribution' data contain current information only.
Transaction_History contains fiscal year 2007. The reports affected are FMS005's.
Labor_Distribution contains calendar year 2007. The reports affected start with FMS.LBR.
We will load historical data throughout the week and keep you informed by e-mail and on the reporting announcement page.

The ODS/Cognos environment will be unavailable for the remainder of today, Friday, June 15, 2007.
We encountered some data errors in our Oracle ODS database at the beginning of the week of 6/11/07 that were unrecoverable from an Oracle standpoint and that forced us into having to reload the entire ODS database environment. We have been working meticulously on performing the reloads to make sure that we would be successful. Oracle has delivered some patches that will prevent this error from occurring again.
We have completed the majority of the reloads and have begun working through another meticulous process of verifying that we have good data. From this verification, we will identify for you any ODS data that is not available for your reporting and business process needs. We know that we will not complete loading all of the Finance Transaction History and the Payroll Distribution data from years beginning with 2006 and previous. We do not expect any other issues at this time.
We will continue to provide additional information through the weekend that will eventually include when the system is available as well as any other information pertinent to your reports that is out of the ordinary.
