As mentioned last week, we were having a problem with slow response time or an inability to log in to WSU Pipeline (pipeline.wayne.edu), WSU Webmail (webmail.wayne.edu), or the Class Schedule (classschedule.wayne.edu). This had been occurring typically between the hours of 9 and 11 p.m.
Computing & Information Technology (C&IT) staff made changes, and there have NOT been any instances of slowdowns since Thursday, October 18.
We continue to observe and record performance to confirm that we have addressed the problem.
