The Telecommunications Office in C&IT Computing and Network Services provides the Wayne State community with telephone service and support, which includes moves, adds, and changes to voice (phone) and data network (connection) services, telephone sets, and Voice Mail, as well as Operator Services and Billing Services. Telecommunications also provides directory assistance (including maintenance of the online and print telephone directory), conferencing services, call center management, and call asset management for the University.
